@RockersTakingOver 5th and 6th are completely useless in a drag. In a perfect situation, with a good rear end gear, you want to cross the trap at your 4th gear shiftpoint, wich he did pretty well. But I’d just like to point out, 1700+hp and he only (Not the right word to use, I know) high 8’s…(Which is still really fast) You could build something else for 1/4 of the price and be faster…Still wont be a viper, though.
It’s a ok car, but number one it was squirling the whole quarter and if he couldn’t hold it together and crashed how the hell does he survive with no cage at 160 mph or 256 kmph

@Albatross32008 Considering he was trying to obtain a quarter mile time, not race someone I think reaction time wasn’t something he was concerned with at the moment. This wasn’t a drag race, i’m sure if it was he would of launched right at the green.
Haven’t you ever been to a track where someone is going down the track solo doing exactly what he did, in order to take their time at launch to attempt to get that perfect quarter mile time?

@GoblinOfGanja The Gallardo is a smaller car though, it uses a V10 but again it’s smaller, so you’d expect to get more power out of this.
