yea billet aluminum block is tight, solid and light. but have u ever heard of roughing, .05 depth of cut would take forever. that fifth axis table is the shite!

  2. tomtomtom559 says:

It is a copy of an older F1 engine, so displacement probably about 3 liter.

  3. Perius says:

@98GSRHATCH Some countries around the world. In fact, most countries use the metric system. So 1 hundredths of a mm is quite accurate, although I guess this one operates at ~5 thousandths of a mm.

what kind of metal for engine block

  5. konyalibatu says:

    meine gott)))))

  6. 98GSRHATCH says:

mikeb1444, this machine is precice to probably 5/10th of a thousanth of an inch. they dont even measure in hundreths silly

  7. mikeb1444 says:

How precise is this machine? Down to the Hundredth? I’m wondering if that engine had to have the bores honed before assembly. I’ll bet that was for a top dollar race team.

    @rmfrox

    Amazing.

  9. Plumbs001 says:

@rmfrox does the machine run 24hours a day? :D nice work

  10. GenericGene says:

The marvel of magic machinery *****

  11. 84decade says:

@rmfrox how long did it take to write the program?

  12. markmn125 says:

that is indeed a wonderful machine….but i want that engine!! can anyone tell me the specs on it? what its for..displacement…etc?

  13. FeeldaWorld says:

there are much better engines which are electrical engines.. they are most efficiant and more ecological.. russia showed something like this.. cranes always uses electrical engines but we can’t use best technology becouse of seeknes of power to rule of those who keep them hidden.. have a good day

  14. 565Customz says:

and how much does the guy that programed this make an hour? lol

  15. EJConrad says:

    we are some amazing monkeys

  16. kristijanadrian says:

What about non-cutting and non-coolant manipulation?

  17. whoraaa says:

    insainly cool!!!

  18. shady75boy says:

beautiful video. i wish i had a chance to learn to program a 5 axis machine

  19. cncmachine77 says:

    fantastic,,,,,,,,,,, wauh

  20. INeedToLiveLonger says:

They are doing better than before, my father wanted 2 buy 5 similar machines back in 80s, and theirs offer was much worse, but it looks they are getting better and better, crazy mozes from around 7:00 are not so complicated to program, to know axis of every dimension, you know where drill is located, you know material which was milled b4, so what left is only mixing matrixes of number, 32 bit 400MHz arm would to it, does it use ARMs? soft is 60days of experienced team

  21. shodanxx says:

are you kidding me at 7:00 ?

  22. mayakani says:

just amazing! i have a feeling that some day it may replace casting

  23. minimotodan says:

    ooh thats beaut.

  24. itachi12789 says:

can you use the engine block???

  25. faredust77 says:

    fantastic!! 5/5
